Those who wish to participate in the conference are requested to apply in advance via the conference registration webpage (https://tokyo2022jsfee.peatix.com : This webpage is in Japanese only, we are afraid.). Please access the convention registration site, select the appropriate ticket, and fill out and submit the required information. Please pay the registration fee by credit card, convenience store/ATM payment, or Paypal. Please note that once the registration fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded due to the accounting system.

* The conference registration fee includes participation in research presentations (oral and poster), international exchange programs (English reporting sessions and international exchange meetings), regular and special seminars, and independent research projects. However, presentations are limited to members only.
* There is no registration fee for the Open Symposium and the Environmental Education Messe, but a conference registration fee is required for the other programs.
* The Teachers' Seminar fee of approximately 1,500 yen is required in addition to the conference registration fee (to be collected at the venue on the day of the conference). For those who attend only the Teachers' Seminar, the registration fee will be approximately 1,500 yen only.
- How to Apply for Presentation at the Conference and Deadlines
The deadlines for submitting presentation applications and abstracts at the conference are as follows. Presenters must be members of the Japanese Society for Environmental Education. Non-members who wish to become presenters are requested to apply for membership by May 31 (Tue) referring to the membership application details on the Society's webpage (http://www.jsfee.jp/general/membership-application). Only one oral or poster presentation per person is allowed. Duplicate presentations are not accepted.
- Deadline for presenters (speakers) to enroll the Society:
Tuesday, May 31 (Tue), 6 PM Japanese Standard Time (JST) - Deadline for application for an oral or a poster presentation:
Monday, June 20 (Mon), 6 PM JST - Deadline for application for independent research project: June 20 (Mon), 6 PM JST
- Deadline for submission of Presentation Abstracts: July 1 (Fri), 6 PM JST
- Deadline for submission of Presentation Summary: July 20 (Thu), 6 PM JST
- Application for oral presentation (research presentation/practice report)
- The "research presentation" focuses on academic implications, while the "practical report" emphasizes practical activities.
- If you wish to give an oral presentation, please register at the registration webpage (https://tokyo2022jsfee.peatix.com). After registration, the secretariat will send you an abstract registration form and presentation summary format.
- Oral presentations may be given either in English or Japanese. The English presentation will be given in the English-language session, regardless of the theme. Please note that duplicate presentations in English and Japanese are not allowed.
- Each research presentation will be 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for questions).
- Presenters are requested to bring their own computers for presentation. No computers will be available for rent at the venue. The HDMI input is used for the projector. Please prepare your presentation on a computer with the HDMI output.
- Wi-Fi will not be available at the venue. However, “eduroam” is available.
- Application for Poster Presentation
- Poster presentation space is A0 size per poster. (Maximus size is 1189 mm (length) x 841 mm (width))
- If you wish to give a poster presentation, please register at the registration webpage (https://tokyo2022jsfee.peatix.com). After registration, the secretariat will send you an abstract registration form and presentation summary format.
- As with oral presentations, poster presentations may be given in either English or Japanese.
- Application for Independent Research Project
- Groups wishing to make a group presentation or hold a small meeting as an independent research project should apply by the representative. The representative must be a member of the Society. Please register at the registration webpage (https://tokyo2022jsfee.peatix.com). After registration, the secretariat will send you an abstract registration form and presentation summary format.
- Notification of Reception
- Please note that titles of your presentations cannot be changed after registration of presentation abstracts on July 1.
- Registration of Presentation Summary
- The secretariat will send an abstract registration form and presentation summary format to the presenting author(s) (oral presentation, poster presentation and independent research project).
- In the abstract registration form, you will be asked to fill in the title of your presentation, keywords, and presenter. Due to the need to create a conference schedule, we ask for your cooperation in registering your abstract by 6 PM on July 1 (Fri.).
- A Word file will be sent to you as a format for your presentation summary. The abstract should be no more than one A4 page including the title, presenter, key words and abstract. Please send your presentation summary to the Conference Organizing Committee Secretariat <このメールアドレスはスパムボットから保護されています。閲覧するにはJavaScriptを有効にする必要があります。> by 6 PM on Wednesday, July 20. Please note that if you miss the deadline, your presentation will not be accepted (your presentation will be cancelled).
- If you wish to submit two proposals, one for "oral or poster presentation" and the other for "independent research project", please submit a presentation summary for each.
- Upon receipt of your abstract, the Conference Organizing Committee Secretariat will send you an e-mail within three business days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an e-mail within three business days, please contact the Conference Organizing Committee Secretariat.
- Other Notes
- Group members may apply for presentation, but only one person per group may give either an oral or poster presentation.
- All speakers for oral presentations and presenters for poster presentations must be members of the Society (except high school students). Other co-presenters do not necessarily need to be members of the Society.
- Please download the presentation summary book from the conference webpage in advance and read it on your own device or print it out and bring it with you.
- Schedule of the 33rd Annual Meeting (tentative)
* The Public Symposium, Teachers' Seminar, and Environmental Education Messe are open to participants other than those who have paid the registration fee listed in Section 2.

We hope that Society members will participate in this event as an opportunity to understand the Society's activity policies, etc. and to freely express their opinions. In addition, an award ceremony for the 2021 Research and Practice Encouragement Award winners will be held at this round table meeting.

- The Environmental Education Messe (Environmental Education Trade Fair) will be held as a public program. In addition to presenting and selling products and materials related to environmental education, the event will also introduce the efforts of various organizations and companies.

PR of products related to environmental education, reports and presentations of activities, and exhibitions are freely displayed in the space. Educational material production companies, businesses involved in environmental education activities, NGOs/NPOs, university laboratories, etc. are invited to exhibit. Please use this opportunity to communicate with the conference participants. The exhibition fee is 5,000 Yen (per booth). - Announcements
- The Research and Practice Encouragement Awards will be judged in a face-to-face session. Application guidelines and other information will be announced at a later date on the conference's webpage and in the Environmental Education E-News (through e-mail). Please complete the registration for participation and presentation by the respective deadlines in the same manner as general members.

- Please make your own arrangements for lodging (the Conference Organizing Committee does not make reservations or provide mediation services). Please secure your accommodations as soon as possible.
- The Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology cafeteria will not be available during the conference, so please make your own arrangements for lunch.
